Madeleine Bushey

Madeleine joined The Pitti Group in August 2025 as a Client Service Associate, bringing a strong foundation in client management, administrative support, and customer service. With nine years of experience in the staffing industry, Madeleine has developed expertise in building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales and marketing initiatives, managing teams, and negotiating solutions. She leverages this background to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the firm’s operational and strategic goals.

In her current role, Madeleine works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, streamline processes, and strengthen overall client engagement. Her blend of hands-on client service skills and business development experience enables her to contribute to both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, Madeleine relocated to upstate New York in 2022 after getting married. She and her husband live in Palmyra, NY, with their one-year-old daughter, mini goldendoodle puppy, and cat. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time hiking with her family, exploring local breweries, and reading.
